What Ziplicit is

Ziplicit is a market intelligence service. It computes a market conditions score from 0 to 100 for a given ZIP code and business category, using data from public sources and licensed datasets. The score describes current market conditions. It does not predict whether any particular business will succeed or fail.

Using Ziplicit does not create a business advisory relationship. Ziplicit is not a licensed business advisor, financial advisor, or consultant. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

No liability for business outcomes

Ziplicit makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of its scores or reports. Market conditions change. Data sources have known limitations, which are published at ziplicit.com/methodology.

Ziplicit is not liable for any business decision you make based on a report, including decisions to invest, hire, lease, or purchase equipment. A favorable score is not a guarantee of business viability. A poor score is not a guarantee of failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziplicit's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund on all paid reports, no questions asked. To request a refund, use the refund link in your report or email help@ziplicit.com within 7 days of purchase.

If you believe the data in your report was materially wrong, we will re-run the report and have a human review it before processing any refund. If the re-run confirms an error in the source data, we issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Acceptable use

You may use Ziplicit for your own business research, for advising clients, or for academic research. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute reports without a reseller agreement.
• Use automated tools to generate bulk reports without written permission.
• Reverse engineer the scoring methodology beyond what is published.
• Use the service to harm, defame, or defraud any third party.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Request 2 or more refunds. The refund limit exists to prevent abuse of the 7-day policy.
• Use automated tools to generate reports in bulk without permission.
• Violate any of the acceptable use terms above.

If your account is terminated for abuse, you are not eligible for a refund on purchases made in the 30 days before termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
