Initial release. Six criteria: Saturation Index (25 pts), Quality Gap (20 pts), Spend Capacity (20 pts), Demand Signal (15 pts), Barrier to Entry (10 pts), Growth Trend (10 pts). New Business Filings tracked as signal only, not yet weighted. Wisconsin coverage only for filing data. 12 categories at launch across Calibrated and Modeled tiers.
